The Philosophy Students’ Association (PSA) at McGill University is a team of elected undergraduate philosophy students that represent their fellow undergraduates pursuing a philosophy degree. Among their duties, they organize social events, academic activities, and fundraising initiatives throughout the year. The PSA receives support from the Arts Undergraduate Society (AUS) and the Department of Philosophy. The PSA is committed to hosting weekly mixers, academic talks, research opportunities, and running Philopolis, a large-scale conference, in collaboration with other Montreal universities. The PSA also supports two undergraduate philosophy journals: Fragments, which publishes work exclusively by McGill students, and Pensées, which publishes works by students across Canada.
